The Professor as just about everyone knows, made the Powerpuff Girls. Here is the introduction:
Sugar, spice, and everything nice, these were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girls, but Professor Utonium accedentaly added an extra ingredient to the concauction; CHEMICAL X! Thus, the Powerpuff Girls were Born! Using thier ultra super powers, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil!!!

Also, if you were ever wondering what incouraged the Professor to make the Powerpuff Girls, when he was younger and was walking home from school(after science class, which he always flunks in), Mojo Jojo came through a time machine that the Professor had made in the future. Mojo Jojo took the Professor to where his observatory was in the future, but finds out it isn't there anymore, so he decides to drop the Professor into the volcano anyway. Just as the Professor is about to fall into the lava, the Powerpuff Girls go through the time machine also and rescue him!! So then, after getting a quick glimpse at the girls, he always tried to make them and finally he succeeds!

1. The Professor was only part of why the Powerpuff Girls are Super Heroes, Mojo Jojo, who used to be the professor's pet was a big pain to the Professor and used to always knock things over. So, one day the Professor was trying to make the Powerpuff Girls, and Mojo Jojo accedentaly knocks in the Chemical X!!!

2. The Professor was once a super hero in the episode "Powerprof."

3. The Professor only once falls in love, and his girlfriend turns out to be Sedusa, a villian in only two episodes!
